What can I expect on my first visit?

The free consultation session is designed to help determine if this training style is right for you. We will have a discussion about what kind of results are possible and what will be required from you while we work together. After the consult, we will have an assessment session to start uncovering areas requiring correction and begin developing a plan of action. We will take postural photos and gait videos to track your progress.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just bring some water! No need to bring gym shoes as our workouts are done barefoot or in socks.

What do I wear?

No baggy clothing- the tighter the better for accuracy. Being able to see the spine during movements is important - that being said, the more accurate sessions are done in form fitting shorts or pants and a tank or sports bra. For males who are comfortable without a shirt, it is the best option. This will allow us to track your movement more closely and make corrections.

Can I do virtual sessions?

Yes, if you opt for virtual sessions you must have a dedicated workout space, good internet connection and a few pieces of equipment listed next.

Do I need equipment at home?

Yes, you will need the following:

  • Tripod for phone or laptop

Lacrosse ball, soft ball, theracane, 20lb resistance band, 40lb resistance band (with handles and ankle straps), dumbbells (5-15lbs), two dowel rods that will support your weight while standing (or walking sticks as long as they don’t ruin your floor).
