Through Functional Patterns methods, my focus is to strengthen the body in a way that gets results while respecting natural body mechanics. Traditional methods do not do this. We are looking for the body to decompress and move efficiently without pain or imbalances, creating resiliency over time.
Clients have seen vast improvement in joint pain, muscle tightness, balance and general stability, improved sports performance as well as far less frequent trips to the chiropractor and physical therapist.

I will help teach you how to think using first principles to identify WHAT is going wrong with your mechanics in the simplest form as it relates to movement and posture. After identifying the issues we will work together to map out a plan toward correcting these imbalances and optimizing your biomechanics step by step. You will gradually learn how to assess and correct your own issues as they arise. Building this kind of resilience requires dedication, a willingness to learn, and the drive to prioritize your health and fitness.
